Sunny.

The clock is ticking for the epic season that was 2016-2017, but it's not over yet. On the very short list of open slopes, Jay Peak made the cut. We hope to be riding out this week, and going as far past it as we can, snowpack permitting.

Temps are already nearing 40F at the base and the sun is booming. Our Grooming teams focused their efforts on lower mountain trails during their shift, so we expect some of the terrain up top to have a thin layer of crust this morning.

Today we plan to have the Jet Triple and Taxi Quad open, along with 23 trails. The Jet is slated for a 9:00 AM start, while the Taxi should be going around 8:30 AM. Last chair today will be at 4:00 PM.

End of season lift tickets are currently $35 for Juniors ages 6-18 and $49 for Adults ages 19+.

TRAM AND SPRING LIFT UPDATE: The Tram is officially closed for the winter season. The upgrade project is underway and the Tram is scheduled to re-open this summer. Stay tuned for video updates of the $5 million project throughout the spring. As for the rest of the lifts on Tramside......they're closed too.. The Stateside area of the resort will remain open seven days a week until....well, until we're tired of skiing and riding. With close to 500 inches of snow this season, we'll be taking the season out into May.

Looking to stay with us? Spring lodging rates are $115 for 2 people and $135 for family of 4.These are valid April 27-29 and May 5-6. Give a call to our Reservations Team at 800-451-4449 to learn more.

SCHEDULE OF CAMPS

WHY PRO AMBITIONS?
Pro Ambitions is a unique and awesome learning experience for all players. Hockey camps are expensive but integral training tools for your child's development and what I like to call the " hockey summer growth spurt."
The summer is a time to recharge your batteries, and have a fresh set of unbiased eyes train your child. I have created a system of teachings that have taken me a lifetime of hockey to breakdown, compile and methodically construct. I have taken the pieces pieces of hockey advice, drills, systems and concepts from my favorite youth, prep school, Division One college, AHL, IHL and NHL coaches. I am forever a student of the game. I consult with my peers who are also now coaching and in management positions at the top prep schools, colleges and NHL teams.

WHAT IS THE PRO AMBITIONS SIGNATURE BATTLE CAMP?
The battle camp curriculum is our niche in the market. I created it, named it and now it is being imitated on many levels in the industry. The curriculum is focused on game situational battles and utilizes small areas of the ice where players will be constantly touching the puck.
The signature Pro Ambitions Camp designed by Jeff to encompass game simulated battles. Hockey is a series of 1 on 1 battles all over the ice. Players will leave this camp with awesome skill development, a better understanding of the game and most importantly - knowing how to battle for loose pucks. This is also the curriculum that Jeff has copyrighted/trademarked and sold to many youth hockey organizations nationwide. He is extremely proud of this unique and necessary conceptual approach to teaching. It is a compilation of the best advice, drills, and game theory from his career. This camp is for all levels of players whether you're a mite b or Midget AAA. (We suggest you have 1 year of active playing under your belt). We are the masters of "Circuit Training" and small area games, the kids are always moving and always being corrected with lots of repetitions in a fun and spirited environment which fosters self confidence and great self esteem.

WHO COACHES AT PRO AMBITIONS?
5:1 Coach to student ratio. Top coaches around the country and only the best tacticians will be teaching your son or daughter at Pro Ambitions. Every camp around the country whether taught by Jeff Serowik himself or one of his expert coaching teams is run exactly the same. Each Pro Ambitions camp runs like a finely tuned machine and follows the curriculum that Jeff has written. You will notice the difference between Pro Ambitions and other camps from the moment you drop your child off and are escorted to the locker room. Assistance with tying skates and making your child feel comfortable from the moment at the very first drop off.

WHAT WILL YOU TAKE AWAY FROM A PRO AMBITIONS CAMP?
There is a lot to take in but I intend on every camper taking away a few hockey skills that will stick for life. I remember some of the best from my youth coaching experiences and I want your child to remember Pro Ambitions and what they learned for as long as they play hockey.
